1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • You provide a valid order number and proof of purchase

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Sale or discounted items marked as “Non-Returnable”
  • Personal care or hygiene products (if seal is broken)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at eliteonlinenet@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Include your Order ID, product name, and reason for return.
  3. Wait for approval and return instructions.
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or wrong.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • If the item is not eligible, it will be shipped back to you at your expense.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • First check your bank or UPI account again.
  • Then contact your bank/payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
